We don't build products. We redesign systems.
Corporate healthcare in Malaysia works the way it does because nobody made it work differently. For over two decades, that has been our job.
From dispensing to intelligence.
Tigas Pharma was founded in 1999 on a simple conviction: medication for corporate employees should be dispensed by pharmacists, managed transparently, and governed in the employer's interest. That conviction built the MyTigas Alliance and a pharmacy benefit model trusted by employers and administrators across Malaysia.
Today, the same conviction is taking its next form. The infrastructure we built for dispensing is becoming the foundation for something larger: an AI-enabled intelligence layer that gives organisations foresight over workforce health and discipline over healthcare spend.
The destination hasn't changed. The system has just learned to see.
Four principles we won't trade.
Care comes first
Cost governance only matters if employees are genuinely healthier for it. Every design decision starts with the person taking the medication.
Transparency is non-negotiable
Employers deserve to see where their healthcare spend goes. Opacity is how the old system protected its margins — we build the opposite.
Pharmacists at the centre
Dispensing separation isn't a business model to us; it's better healthcare. Pharmacist-led fulfilment is safer, more accountable and more human.
Aligned incentives
We moved from margins to subscription because we'd rather be paid for outcomes than for volume. Our model only works when yours does.
Where we're heading.
We're building toward a Malaysia where workforce health is managed with the same intelligence and discipline as any other strategic asset — and where the model we prove here becomes a reference point for the region.
Prove it in practice
Live deployments with forward-thinking employers, demonstrating governed medication spend and better health outcomes — measured, not promised.
Set the standard
Working alongside Malaysia's digital health agenda to make AI-enabled workforce health management the norm for large organisations.
Think beyond borders
The challenges we're solving — fragmented care, opaque costs, chronic disease growth — are regional. So is our ambition.
The system is changing. Be early.
